The Social Report This is a biannual newsletter published by the Boston College Sociology Department's Program in Social Economy & Social Justice. The Spring 1997 web-page edition includes articles on the social and environmental problems created by corporations going transnational, a report on the evolution of corporate codes of conduct, an analysis of the beliefs of the world's great religions and how these beliefs support the concept of corporate responsibility, and a report on how Health Maintenance Organizations contribute to the deprofessionalization of medicine.
