spaceGood Money drops companies from its Industrial and Utility Averages for the same reason that Dow Jones drops companies: the company goes private or declares bankruptcy. Good Money also drops companies, regardless of their financial performance, if the companies abandon their social practices, experience serious social problems, or no longer have the social record that warranted their inclusion in the first place.
